Two years ago I started to be interested in Astrophotography, mostly in my spare time. This is my hobby. While processing astro datas, I found out the incredible beauty of Deep Sky Objects . Besides Astronomy many of them are the subject of fundamental research in Cosmology and Physics.
As a Mathematician, I was surprised that image processing besides of statistics uses some elements of spectral analysis particularly in multi scale approach. PixInsight is one of the powerful tool on this direction : www.adamblockstudios.com.

Astro image datas presented here are acquired by Martin Pugh: www.martinpughastrophotography.space. Extremely high quality of raw datas makes to less interfere in image processing made basically in PixInsight.
